Lovely rustic interior, seems recently updated. Good variety on the menu and reasonable prices. I had pan fried cod with veg and home style chips. Probably some of the best home made fries I've ever had, not greasy at all. But my 'French style' string beans and cod were floating in oil (not butter). I told our waitress that the cook might wNt to see how much oil was left on the plate from the main course and veg. She agreed that it seemed excessive. My friend had the pork chop special which was very dry. The cook never came out to speak with us, although I had seen her speak with the other 3 tables in the dinning room. There is a large selection of baked goods which looked great so we each took a dessert home with us. My apple pie had a great filling but the crust was tough. My friend's blueberry muffin was very tasty but undercooked . If you stop by this cafe I suggest you stay with the fries.

  • Small theatre with small prices. Some of the freshest popcorn I've ever eaten and you can see a movie and have snacks and a drink for under 20 bucks. Two things to beware of is the lack of slope in the floor so if someone tall sits in front of you it may be difficult to see and also it is cash only, but they do have an atm on site.
