    Very poor to no water pressure in park, water leaking since fall of 2023. Landlord does not maintain common grass areas, or the roadways at all well. Sewers are known to back up frequently. The newly refurbished pool is now a green duck pond. No public showers. If you look at buying a unit here, make sure you get in writing from the owner of the park, exactly how long you are allowed to occupy the unit. When you look at a unit, start the shower and flush the toilet, see of the shower still works. Now imagine other people flushing their toilets while you try to shower. Buyer beware, the real estate agents are not your friends

    We do not understand why it is stated that this area is open ? The gate is Always closed. Why can’t people drive into the main area ? The access area right off of the road can only accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles?
